How to Find Someone in Marion County Jail

If you are looking to put money in the offender’s commissary account, you will need to bring cash (no money orders or checks will be accepted) to the Marion County Jail.

The Marion County Jail uses Reliance Telephone System as their phone service. However, this is not the only way an inmate can call home. If an inmate does not have the proper funds in their account, they can always call home collect as well.

Visitation
All visitors before coming to the Marion County Jail will be required to be approved by the offender. The offender can have visits on Mondays during 2 pm to 4 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm.
You as a visitor will also be required to schedule your visitation appointment with the Marion County Jail by calling the phone number provided. You should make your appointments on the Saturday or Sunday before the Monday in which you are looking to visit.
