Phone calls

Inmates are permitted to make calls out to their loved ones. All calls will be 15-minutes long and they will be during the hours of 7 am to 10 pm.


Inmates in the Twin Pines Ranch will be able to have visitors.

If you are looking to visit a general population offender or an offender who is on outside detail, you can come on the weekends between the hours of 7:30 am to 1:45 pm.

If you are looking to visit an inmate in protective custody, you can visit on the first Saturday of the month between 7:30 am to 1:45 pm.

You will be required to be registered no later than 10 am to be able to visit an inmate during that day.

Please keep in mind, if you are visiting a segregation inmate, these visits will be no contact. These visits will be held on Thursdays and you must request an appointment no more than a week in advance.
