Sending a Mail/Care Package
When you send an inmate in the USP Pollock facility a letter, you need to make sure you do not send the letter to the physical address of the correctional facility. You will need to send it to the post office box address. The address is as follows:

Sending Money
Sending money is an easy task too. You will have to pick if you would rather use Western Union or MoneyGram or if you would rather send a money order to the money processing station.

Phone calls
The USP Pollock allows inmates to make phone calls. All phone calls will be 15-minutes long and will be monitored for safety purposes.
Visitation
If you are looking to visit an offender in the USP Pollock you will be happy to know they will allow visitors on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Visitation on Mondays and Fridays will be between the hours of 2:30 pm to 8 pm. Visitation on Saturdays and Sundays will be between the hours of 8:30 am to 3 pm.
All visits will be heavily monitored. All visits will require you to leave all your belongings inside of your vehicle. Please bring your photo ID.
