You have the chance to send and receive letters from the offenders. All mail will be checked for contraband and it can take a bit of time before it is delivered to you or to the inmate.

Sending Money

While the Carroll County Department of Corrections provides the inmates with three meals a day, health care, and other necessities, but you should know that the facility will require inmates to purchase other things that they may want.

You should know that you can deposit funds into an inmate's account by using JailATM.com. This is the service that Carroll County Department of Corrections uses for their inmates. You can drop off money by using the Steller Teller kiosk in the lobby during normal business hours, or you can log on to the website and deposit funds using your credit or debit card.

Inmates will have two options in the Carroll County Department of Corrections when it comes to calling their loved ones back home.

The two options are either to use the Inmate Telephone Services or call home with collect calls.

Majority of the inmates in the Carroll County Department of Corrections will choose to use the Inmate Telephone Services over the collect calls since most of the people nowadays do not have a landline telephone.

Visitation

The visitation schedule runs Tuesday through Friday starting at 9 am until 7 pm. You should know in the Carroll County Department of Corrections the visits are no-contact visits, meaning you will be visiting the inmate via the video phone.
