You are permitted to send an inmate in the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center a written letter. All letters will be required to have a return address and the proper mail to address as well.

Failure to do so may result in your letter being returned to you.

Sending Money

The only way you can help give an inmate money in the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center is to go to your local store and get a money order. You are not permitted to give cash, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.
